ZG999 Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Gaming Platform Rules

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the ZG999 platform, including the website at zg999.pro, all games, betting markets, promotions and any related services. ZG999 is an online entertainment platform operated for players in Pakistan. All transactions on ZG999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

3. Deposits and Withdrawals in PKR

Deposit Conditions

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are shown at the time of each transaction on the ZG999 Deposit page.
• Deposits must come from payment accounts registered in your own name. ZG999 does not accept deposits from third-party payment methods.
• ZG999 does not charge a fee on deposits. However, your payment provider (JazzCash, Easypaisa, your bank or card issuer) may apply their own transfer charges.
• Deposits are credited to your ZG999 balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. In most cases via JazzCash and Easypaisa, this is near-instant. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending institution.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements.
• You must have completed any active wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.
• ZG999 may request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time or large withdrawals. This is a standard security measure.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. ZG999 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly; VIP members receive prioritised processing.

4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

ZG999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload offers, PSL matchday promotions, cashback deals and VIP-exclusive rewards. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms displayed on the Promotions page at the time each offer is active.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated for each specific offer. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Bonuses are credited to your ZG999 bonus balance and are separate from your real-money PKR balance until wagering requirements have been completed.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the offer) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus become withdrawable.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting, live casino and fish games may carry different contribution percentages — these are specified in the individual offer terms on the Promotions page.
• ZG999 reserves the right to void bonus winnings if there is evidence that a player has exploited bonus terms, used multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or engaged in low-risk, high-volume wagering patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay.
• Only one welcome bonus per player. The welcome bonus is available to new ZG999 accounts making their first PKR deposit only.

PSL and Cricket Promotions

5. Sports Betting Rules

ZG999's sports betting section covers cricket, Pakistan Super League, international T20 and Test matches, football, esports and other sporting events. The following rules apply to all bets placed on ZG999.

• All bets are final once confirmed. ZG999 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed, except where a manifest error has occurred on ZG999's side.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are shown at the point of placing a bet.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or declared void by the relevant sporting authority, ZG999 will settle affected bets in accordance with its specific sport and market rules, which are available in the Help section of the platform.
• ZG999 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its discretion, including where there is suspected misuse of odds or coordinated betting activity.
• Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to slight delays in odds updates. ZG999 is not liable for bets placed on incorrect live odds caused by data feed latency, provided that affected bets are voided and stakes returned promptly.
• Multi-bet (accumulator) winnings are paid out only when all legs of the accumulator are settled as winners in line with ZG999's rules for each sport.

Cricket and PSL Specific Rules

Cricket betting on ZG999 — including PSL matches, T20 internationals and bilateral series — is settled based on the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method where applicable for rain-affected matches. In the event of a Super Over being required to determine a match winner, the Super Over result will be used for match-winner market settlement unless stated otherwise in the specific market description.

6. Live Casino and Fish Games

ZG999's Live Casino and Fish Games sections operate under the same general platform terms, with the following additional conditions applying to these game categories.

• Live Casino games are provided via third-party game studio streams. ZG999 is not responsible for interruptions caused by the game provider's technical infrastructure, but will credit affected players appropriately where a verifiable disruption impacted game outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round, the round will be completed by the dealer according to standard rules. ZG999 will apply the resulting outcome to the wager placed before the disconnection.
• Fish Games are skill-combined entertainment titles. Results are determined by the game engine and are not influenced by ZG999 staff. Return-to-player (RTP) information for individual fish game titles is available within each game's information panel.
• Using any automated software, bot, script or exploit to play ZG999 casino or fish games is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.

7. VIP Programme

The ZG999 VIP programme rewards consistent players with tiered benefits including cashback on net losses, priority withdrawal processing, higher deposit and withdrawal limits, and access to exclusive promotions. The following conditions apply to VIP membership.

• Using payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors on ZG999 for financial gain. Players who discover a bug must report it to ZG999 support rather than exploit it.
• Using automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with ZG999 games, markets or the platform interface.
• Attempting to launder funds through ZG999 deposits and withdrawals.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing ZG999 support staff or other users.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

ZG999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion if there is a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other conduct deemed harmful to the platform or to other players.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any remaining balance associated with improperly claimed bonuses, fraudulent deposits or policy violations may be forfeited. In cases where a closure occurs due to ZG999's own decision unrelated to any player fault, any remaining genuine PKR balance will be refunded to the player's last used payment method.

Players may also choose to close their own ZG999 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any eligible PKR balance at the point of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method subject to standard verification.

10. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion
